All of our blanket hoodies are unisex & super huge, cozy and made to fit almost everyone. Our adults hoodies are perfect for teenagers and adults. We are confident that our adult hoodies can fit anyone up to a 5-6XL

Though it's hard to part from our hoodies to wash.. it is important. So to make it easy you can definitely machine wash but we do recommend this is a gentle, cold wash suitable for delicates. Also natural air drying only. No tumble dry.

We generally cannot make changes to orders once they are made and therefore cannot garruntee we can cancel or edit an order. This is mainly due to the speed in which we process orders. If a request is urgent please reach out to us ASAP at support@lycanhoodies.com and we will do our best however, please understand this may just not be possible. In this case you will need to wait to recieve an item before returning it.

Our blanket hoodies are 100% polyester. Double layers! The inside is completely lined with an extremely soft, fluffy, premium grade sherpa fleece (for the ultimate snuggly feel to keep you warm.) The outside layer is a smooth, soft sherpa fleece fabric.

This really depends on how snuggly the person wearing the hoodie wants to be!

The kids size blanket hoodie fits like a regular hoodie on most teens and adults but will be super oversized and cozy for children. Ideal for anyone between 4-13 years old.

The adults size blanket hoodie however, is for the adults or teens who truly want a hoodie to cover as much as possible and really snuggle in. Huge and oversized to keep cozy! If you are slightly larger in build or taller this is perfect for you as this can fit up to a 5-6XL and is 100cm in length from shoulder to bottom.

We are known for fast delivery.. Why? Because we begin processing orders almost instantly. We aim to have all parcels packed within 24 hours.

From here, delivery within New Zealand will generally be between 1-3 business days, depending on your region. We work with CourierPost NZ to supply our customers with extremely fast delivery. Tracking information is supplied once orders are collected for delivery. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated

We try and get your orders across the ditch ASAP. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchasing and delivery is generally made within 6-7 days depending on your location. We don't often do pre orders however, if offered and Items are ordered via our pre-order system these will be processed from the date stated at time of purchase. If an order contains multiple hoodies the order will be processed all together from the date of the latest pre-ordered hoodie.

We offer a 30 days return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to us and receive a full refund for your items.

Any items you wish to return must be in the same condition you received them in and in their original packaging. You will need to have proof of purchase. Full terms and conditions can be found on our policy page

We have a range of payment methods offered. Including; Debit or credit card, afterpay, laybuy, Paypal or apple pay. These can be found while checking out your order. Please ensure you select the right option as we cant make changes for you once payed.

Take advantage of afterpay or laybuy & pay in weekly or fortnightly interest free payments when you purchase 1, 2, 3 or even 4 of our hoodies. 

To select afterpay or laybuy as a payment method just complete the checkout process. Firstly, fill out all necessary contact details for your order followed by completing the shipping information page. Finally click "continue to payment." This is where you will be able to select your preferred payment method. afterpay & laybuy are both located near the bottom of the list.

In a rare situation of recieving a refund for areturnor faulty item you can expect to receive a refund on your original payment method within 1-3 working days. This does just depend on your payment provider used.

Dont stress, in rare situations it may appear to show another second payment on the statement. This appears as a "payment hold." We have not double charged however, this is something that we do not control. This should resolve itslef in afew days but you can always contact your bank to clarify.
