How do I use the heating function?

  • We have a built-in USB power cable attached inside the front pocket. Just plug into a power bank or wall adapter and press the 'Power' button located on the front pocket. Now feel the heat! We have heating pads built into the front chest, pocket and back for all-over body heating.
The included cable is attached to the front pocket and is 1 metre in length which means you can easily plug into your power bank in your pocket or any other power source!

    Delivery Within NZ

    We are known for fast delivery.. Why? Because we begin processing orders almost instantly. We aim to have all parcels packed and sent from Auckland within 24 hours.

    From here, delivery within New Zealand will generally be between 1-3 business days, depending on your region. We work with CourierPost NZ to supply our customers with extremely fast delivery. Tracking information is supplied to you via email once orders are collected by the couriers.   

    Australia Delivery

    We try and get your orders across the ditch ASAP. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchasing and delivery is generally made within 6-7 days depending on your location. Accurate tracking information is supplied at the time of despatch. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

      

    Pre-Orders 

    We don't often do pre orders however, if offered and Items are ordered via our pre-order system these will be processed from the date stated at time of purchase. If an order contains multiple hoodies the entire order will be processed all together from the date of the latest pre-ordered hoodie.

    We offer a 30 days return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order to us and receive a full refund for your items.
